The tenant is responsible for moving costs$$. - Upon signing the lease, a voluntary refundable deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be given to the landlord. This deposit will be returned to the tenant at the end of the lease.

- A copy of the tenant's insurance policy must be provided to the landlords upon handing over the keys.

- Proof of stable employment and good references are essential to the landlord's satisfaction.
